Bethesda Sets 4 Team Records on 6/18/2011
Bethesda records were set on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at Rockville Pool by Leah Kannan in 25 Back (8-under girls) with a time of 20.47, by Xaviera Steele in 50 Back (11-12 girls) with 35.48, Reia Tong in 100 IM (15-18 girls) with 1:09.29, and by Tyler Pham in 100 IM (15-18 boys) with 1:01.81.
2 more Team Records fell on 6/25/2011 at Home against UC
Xaviera Steele lowered her time by .28 seconds to break the 11-12 Girls 50 Back record she just set last Saturday (new time 35.20).
In the Boys 14 & Under 175 Free Relay: A. Labosiiere, J. Sita, M. Sullivan and K. Lawson swam to a new record time of 1:49.37.
5 new Team Records on 07/09/2011 at Home against Stonegate
Five days after the Indepence Day holiday, the Barracudas set more records:
In the 13-14 Girls Age Group, Sarah Kannan clocked in at 31.78 in the 50 Fly and 1:10.62 in the 100 IM for 2 new records. Reia Tong broke the Girls 15-18 100 Breast record with the time of 1:17.29.
On the Boys side:
Kyle Lawson broke the 8 & Under 25 Fly record with the time of 18.56 while Alexandre Labossiere set a new record in the 9-10 25 Back with 17.38.

The Barracudas set a few new records in the following events:
- Girls Open 200 Medley Relay: G. Swinnerton, R. Tong, S. Colevas, A. Kolanowski (2:06.90)
- Boys 9-10 25 Backstroke: Alexandre Labossiere (16.91)
- Girls 15-18 100 IM: Reia Tong (1:07.60)
- Girls 15-18 100 Breaststroke: Reia Tong (1:16.81)
- Girls 13-14 50 Butterfly: Sarah Kannan (31.63)
- Boys 14 & Under 175 Freestyle Graduated: A. Labossiere, J. Sita, M. Sullivan, K. Lawson (1:48.40)
All-Stars Individuals 7/31/2011
- With the time of 27.96, Sarah Kannan broke a 16-year old team record in the Girls 13-14 50M Freestyle event. Moments later in the Girls 13-14 100M IM with the time of 1:09.87, she broke her own record set on July 9.
- Just like her sister Sarah, Leah Kannan broke her own team record in the Girls 8 & Under 25M Backstroke with the time of 19.55.
- Reia Tong broke two team records she set earlier in the season by lowering her times in the Girls 15-18 100M IM (1:07.60) and 100M Breaststroke (1:15.65).
