Tilden Woods embodies all the aspects of a community swim team: Dedication, Teamwork, Sprit and Friendship.
In the water, it’s all business. Swimmers focus on learning and being the best swimmer they can be. Our coaches… are as good as it gets!
Our motto, “Family Strong, Team Strong” enforces the belief that swimming includes more than just practice and meets. Outside the water, we have pep rallies and team activities that build a lifelong camaraderie among its members.
Tilden Woods Dolphins swim 5 Saturday meets and 5 Wednesday meets over the course of the summer swim season. Additional meets include time trials, two Relay Carnivals, a Coaches Long Course, the Divisional Championship and the All Star Individual and All Star Relay meets.
Our swimmers also compete at local, high school and national swim competitions outside of MCSL.

It’s truly amazing to see the generations of swimmers that visit the TW pool. The bonds that are formed while developing strong swimming skills can last a lifetime.
From the grandchildren of founding members to the newest families in the neighborhood, our team is a wonderful mixture of old and new alike. All with one passion in mind: swimming.
