Charging the Wall Since 1964!
The TW Dolphins began in the spring of 1964. Two demonstration meets were held against Pooks Hill and Old Farm pools. In 1965, the team joined the Montgomery County Swim League (MCSL), starting in division E. The first meet was held against the Oakview Swim Club.
With 104 swimmers on the team, 4 gold, 12 silver and 5 bronze medals were awarded at the Divisional Championship meet.

In 1972, Catherine Ellett and the TWST started the tradition of a "mini meet" for the 5, 6, and 7 year old kids. That first year saw 41 swimmers participate with each getting a ribbon. Today, the event hosts 6 MCSL swim teams and has 28 events for kids 8 and under.
Recently, the mini meet was renamed in honor of TWST member Céline Silver.
