The MVP Dolphins offers the chance for 6-18 year olds to perfect their swimming technique and have fun while doing it. During practices, pizza parties and other events, swimmers work towards their personal bests, make new friends and learn what it means to be part of a team.
The Dolphins are headed up by Coach Mark Lewis, a lifelong swimmer who has extensive experience coaching in the D.C. area. Mark is assisted by John Lancaster and three assistant coaches. With Mark's combination of hard work and fun the team has climbed multiple divisions since its creation. The team has competed in the Prince-Mont Swim League A division since 2007; it won the league in 2008 and was runner-up in 2009.
